Diagnosis: Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC)
Modality: Panorax
Findings and Key Points: OKCs are commonly seen as solitary, expansile, smooth, lucent, unilocular lesions. In this image, there is an OKC seen in the left mandible. As seen here, the cortices are scalloped around the roots of the teeth. It is possible OKCs have septations and can be mistaken for ameloblastomas. Odontogenic keratocysts are rare cystic lesions and can be aggressive locally and may recur even after excision.
