Diagnosis: Tentorial Mengioma
Findings: Rounded enhancing mass located in the infratentorial region as demonstrated on above MR with contrast scans. Relatively homogeneously enhancing lesion is identified with moderate mass effect.
Key Points: Tentorial meningiomas are relatively uncommon lesions located along the tentorium, adjacent to the cerebellum. These types of lesions that are characterized as posterior fossa meningiomas can result in headaches, seizures, or gait abnormalities.
