Diagnosis: Renal artery aneurysm
Description: RAA near the renal hilum in a patient with a 2-year history of left loin pain. A left RAA was initially seen at noncontrast CT and was confirmed at CT angiography. Coronal three-dimensional reformatted CT angiogram shows a 3.5-cm aneurysm at the left renal hilum. There were no appropriate endovascular options, and the patient underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy.
