Presentation and Findings: 2 year old patient presents with shortness of breath and dysphagia. Foreign body is seen on frontal chest x-ray consistent with location of the esophagus. Was not a Mickey Mouse toy but rather a few magnets that coincidentally was in a configuration that may appear to be.
Key Points: Lateral x-ray may be helpful for further localization. Given size and likely lodging of foreign body in the esophagus in this case, gastroenterology consult for endoscopic removal is next step in management.
