Differential diagnosis of multiple tracheal polypoid lesions:
-relapsing polychondritis
-metastatic disease

Single lesions:
– mucoepidermoid
– adenoid cystic carcinoma
– squamous cell carcinoma
– carcinoid
– hamartoma
