Presentation and Findings: Two fetuses are seen on this abdominal radiograph incidentally via abdominal radiograph for a pregnant woman who underwent KUB during an ER visit.
Key Points: Whenever possible, radiographic images including CT should be avoided in pregnant patients. FDA has further description and guidance on abdominal radiographs in pregnancy – depending on clinical indication, radiographic studies may be needed if benefits outweigh risks.
