Diagnosis: Pes Anserine Bursitis

Findings:

  • Pes Anserine Bursitis typically presents on MRI with evidence of thickening and fluid collection around the pes anserine bursa, which is located at the medial aspect of the knee.
  • While other knee conditions like meniscal tears, popliteal cysts, and patellar dislocations can also be visualized on MRI, the key feature of Pes Anserine Bursitis is the inflammation and fluid collection in the region of the bursa.
