- Uterus didelphys (sometimes also uterus didelphis) is a uterine malformation
- Due to non-fusion of Müllerian ducts during development
- Double uterus with essentially two separate cervices
- Possibly a double vagina is seen as well but there may be variation
- Each uterus has a single horn linked to the ipsilateral fallopian tube that faces its ovary
