Discussion and Key Points: Fibrous dysplasia is a condition where normal bone and marrow are replaced with fibrous tissue growing / expanding such that the bone is weak and expands resulting in extensive deformity, higher risk of fracture, impairment of biomechanics, and symptoms of pain.
