Diagnosis: Arcuate Uterus
Key Points: A typical external uterine contour is intact but the intraluminal configuration is distinctive. On various imaging modalities such as MRI and other cross sectional views, the myometrial fundal indentation is smooth and broad. However there is a saddle shaped indentation of the endometrial cavity. On MR, there is isointense intensity of the fungal indentation. Myometrium appears the same in signal intensity normal in appearance.
