Case description: Fatal gunshot wound to the head💀🚨☢️ CT in a patient who was shot in the head shows significant soft tissue swelling over the entry and exit sites, numerous skull fragments, 2 bullet fragments, hemorrhage along the path of the bullet, and hemorrhage in the ventricles. You can tell the entry from the exit site by the skull fractures. The skull fracture at the exit site is pushed outward indicating the force was exerted from inside the skull.
